This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams — helping leadership make smarter decisions through strong analytics, scalable processes, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Build and evolve KPI frameworks and executive reporting
- Turn complex data into clear business insights
- Drive cross-functional planning and operating rhythms
- Improve product decision-making through analytics and experimentation
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in product ops, strategy & operations, analytics, or similar
- Strong SQL and dashboarding / BI experience
- Proven ability to influence across product, commercial, and data teams
- Comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments
