NetSuite Administrator

Our client in the food and beverage manufacturing sector is preparing to hire a Net Suite Administrator to will work directly with the finance and operations teams to help drive understanding, adoption, and optimization of business process included in Net Suite ERP and other integrated business systems.

The administrator will assist in testing and implementing new features, supporting saved searches and reports, training users, and managing all third-party Net Suite integrations for scaling the growth of the business. The administrator will be responsible for hands‑on system administration across the Net Suite ecosystem while maximizing the day‑to‑day system responsibilities which include the following:

• Liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
• Create and maintain configurations of Net Suite to meet the business needs
• Provide on‑going system and technical support for the Net Suite system users with relevant reports, saved searches, and KPIs based on knowledge of Net Suite dashboard
• Manage custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and Net Suite data model
• Support data imports, exports, and cleansing efforts across business systems
• Provide Net Suite administration for both internal and external employees including user roles and permissions management
• Maintain semi‑annual Net Suite updates and sandbox refresh processes
• Create, manage, and update Netsuite workflows to help automate business processes

• This individual will lead the evaluation and selection of a Demand Planning system
• BOMs process review and process improvement
• Bank Integration

• 5+ years of Net Suite administration experience
• Strong understanding of EDI integrations (e.g., SPS Commerce for customer and warehouse transaction management)
• Familiarity with middleware integration platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  - Experience with NSAW is a plus
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

• Net Suite Administrator Certification
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and/or eCommerce environments
• Knowledge of SQL programming language
• Background in project management or business analysis
