We are seeking a driven, analytical, and forward-thinking Data Analyst to join our growing team in Manhattan.
The OpportunityThis is not just a reporting role — this is a high-impact analytics position embedded within operations and executive leadership.
You will work directly with executives, directors, managers, and clinicians to transform raw data into strategic insights that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and business performance.
The primary focus will be supporting our Concierge Medicine and Chronic Care Management divisions, with opportunities to contribute to high-visibility projects in Urgent Care and Special Projects.

What You’ll Do- Build advanced queries and perform deep-dive analyses on clinical, operational, and scheduling data
- Design and implement statistical models and performance analyses
- Develop executive-level dashboards and automated reporting tools
- Optimize operational workflows using data-driven insights
- Manage and enhance existing databases and reporting systems
- Create KPI frameworks and performance measurement methodologies
- Support both ad-hoc and recurring strategic initiatives
- Present findings clearly to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
You will be expected to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively — taking ownership of projects and driving measurable improvements.
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Experience building automations and data workflows
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
