Already stewarding billions in onchain capital, they partner with global asset managers, custodians, market makers, treasuries and leading fintechs to shape how institutional capital moves onchain.
They are now hiring a Head of Institutional Sales to build and own the full institutional go-to-market engine.
This is a category-defining mandate, not a maintenance role.
What you’ll own:- Institutional distribution across leading DeFi protocols
- End-to-end strategic partnerships with asset managers, RWAs issuers, trading firms, custodians and funds
- Winning complex RFP processes and negotiating high-stakes commercial agreements
- Co‑designing institutional‑grade products with engineering and risk teams
- Representing the firm at the highest levels of both DeFi and Trad Fi
- Building and leading a lean, elite growth team
You will define how institutional capital flows onchain.
Profile:- 8–12+ years in institutional BD, growth, or capital formation
- Deep network across crypto‑native institutions and/or Trad Fi allocators
- Strong DeFi fluency — lending mechanics, liquidity, vault structures, risk parameters
- Commercial operator who can move from strategy to execution without losing pace
Up to $300k base
~$800k total comp (performance bonus + meaningful equity)
