Description:
- Strong Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, ideally in Structured Debt, Structured Finance, or Capital Markets
- Expertise in gathering and documenting business functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience writing epic user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to create process flows, requirements documentation, and visual workflows
- Proficiency working in agile environments, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience collaborating with UXUI designers and reviewing mock-ups
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience participating in grooming refinement sessions with engineering teams
- Ability to create and review client facing documentation and project artifacts
- Background in structured debt lifecycle structured products issuance loan servicing or debt capital markets
- Familiarity with backlog management tools eg JIRA, Azure Dev Ops
- Understanding of UAT processes and test case creation
- Exposure to data models API requirements or technical specifications
- Knowledge of workflow tools, debt capital markets standards or product documentation frameworks
- Experience in delivering demos and training sessions to stakeholders or business users
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations in structured finance
