SAP FICO Reporting Workstream Lead

The SAP FICO Reporting Workstream Lead will drive the reporting strategy for our S/4

HANA transformation, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions.

This role combines SAP Finance expertise with strong reporting and Power BI capabilities to guide the business in building modern, self-service analytics.

This will be an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend. There will be 2 or 3 trips to the HQ, in New York state.

• Work with Finance (FICO, Costing) teams to define reporting needs and translate them into SAP S/4 and Power BI solutions.
• Shape and optimise Finance data models, including actuals, costing, profitability, and planning.
• Provide guidance and coaching to business users on Power BI and reporting best practices.
• Facilitate requirement discussions with business teams and convert them into high?quality functional specifications that guide SAP and analytics development teams

• Strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (FICO, Costing) functional knowledge.
• Experience with SAP reporting tools, embedded analytics, CDS views.
• Power BI experience (data modeling + visualization).
• Understanding of finance processes and KPIs.
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
