Job Description & How to Apply Below
I’m working with a top-tier, technology-driven proprietary trading firm in New York that is aggressively expanding its crypto high-frequency trading business.
They run fully systematic, ultra-low-latency strategies and are looking to add a Crypto Quant Trader with real HFT experience. This is a front-office seat with direct impact on PnL and significant upside.
If you’ve built or traded high-frequency strategies in crypto or traditional markets and want meaningful capital, strong infra, and real payout, this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing- Researching and deploying high-frequency trading strategies in crypto markets
- Working with full-depth order book / tick-level data
- Building and optimizing execution logic
- Improving signal generation, fill quality, and inventory management
- Partnering closely with low-latency engineers
- Owning strategy performance end-to-end
- 2–7+ years in HFT, systematic trading, or quant research
- Strong understanding of market microstructure
- Experience trading or researching crypto OR transferable HFT experience from equities, futures, or options
- Strong coding skills (Python required; C++ strongly preferred)
- Track record of alpha generation or production strategy contribution
