Location: New York

The Phoenix Group Advisors is conducting a search for a Collaboration Services Analyst (Temporary Position) for a leading global law firm. The role focuses on providing technical support for audio-visual and collaboration systems within the firm’s New York office, ensuring seamless delivery of virtual meetings, presentations, and live events.

The Collaboration Services Analyst owns the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV and collaboration technologies, supporting client and internal meetings. The role ensures operational continuity of AV systems, manages inventory, documents faults, and oversees room scheduling, contributing to optimal meeting execution.

  • Configure, operate, troubleshoot AV equipment including Zoom, Cisco, Teams, Crestron, and Extron systems
  • Support live events such as webinars, town halls, and client meetings
  • Conduct sound checks and dry runs for video conferences to ensure quality
  • Manage AV fault tickets with vendors and track issue resolution
  • Maintain conference room technology inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with room scheduling and generate reporting on AV usage
  • Support and maintain firm-wide IS resources including laptops, desktops, and network equipment
  • Collaborate with regional and global IS teams on AV projects and initiatives
  • 2+ years AV/IT support experience in legal or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Video Conferencing, Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron systems
  • Experience supporting video and audio equipment in conference rooms
  • Proficiency with AV fault tracking and inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues efficiently
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
