We are partnering with a long-standing, highly respected executive search firm specializing in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking a top-performing, experienced Technology Recruiter to join their established and highly successful Technology practice. This role will be hybrid with 2-days per week onsite in the Midtown NYC office required.
This team primarily supports buy-side firms, including hedge funds and asset managers, on a broad range of technology searches. Roles span from high-impact individual contributors (e.g., software engineers, quantitative developers, infrastructure professionals) to senior leadership positions, including CTO-level mandates. Typical compensation levels for placed candidates range from $180K to $400K+.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced technology recruiter who thrives on execution and delivery. You will join a mature, well-branded practice with deep client relationships and a strong, consistent flow of searches.

Base salary up to 80K plus lucrative commission plan and benefits.
