TOPIServiceNow Administrator Boston, Massachusetts

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Now Platform Administrator to support and enhance their enterprise Service Now environment. This 6‑month contract offers a hybrid schedule in Boston and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining platform stability, performance, and governance.

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform across multiple modules.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations, resolving issues proactively.
• Support upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and support discovery, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation, including configuration standards, procedures, and knowledge articles.

• Proven experience as a Service Now Administrator in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and Service Now administration best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with user administration, CMDB, workflows, and platform configuration.
• Familiarity with integrations, discovery, and service mapping is highly desirable.
• Service Now Administrator certification (CSA) strongly preferred.

Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA.
