- Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.
- Document detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security).
- Create and maintain essential project documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, user stories, use cases, and testing plans.
- Analyze and model business processes, recommending improvements and system/process solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Support the QA team in designing test cases and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
