Information Technology Support Specialist

JCW Group has partnered with a leading investment management firm to support the growth of its internal technology operations. They are seeking an Onsite IT Support Specialist to join their team in NYC. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring employees can work productively and securely across onsite and remote environments.

• Provide hands‑on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Act as the primary contact for technical issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity problems
• Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Entra , Exchange Online, and Teams
• Support meeting rooms, AV systems, and endpoint lifecycle management while maintaining documentation and security standards

• 3+ years of hands‑on desktop or IT support experience in a corporate environment
• Strong expertise supporting Windows 10/11, with working knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, MDM tools (e.g., Intune), and ticketing systems
• Solid troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting
