• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within the Radiology Department
• Collaborate with senior team members and cross‑functional teams on technology development projects
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
• Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals during the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge articles for self‑service resources

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Basic analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
• Basic communication skills
• Participation in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
