Analyst, IKE Smart City

New York, NY

This is an in-office role.

Position Overview

The Program Analyst will serve as a strategic and analytical partner to the Sr. Program Manager responsible for overseeing the IKE Smart City program nationally. As the program scales across multiple markets, the Analyst will provide advanced analytical support to anticipate risk, identify opportunity, and optimize performance.

While the Program Analyst does not own final program decisions, the role plays a critical advisory function by translating complex technical, contractual, and operational data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within complex, data-heavy environments. The role reports directly to the Sr. Program Manager overseeing the IKE Smart City program nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support program-level decision-making
  • Analyzing technical program data and contractual inputs to assess downstream impacts, risks, and opportunities
  • Translating complex datasets, contractual terms, and operational realities into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scale across markets
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other internal teams to gather inputs and align on data-informed strategies
  • Anticipating program challenges as the IKE Smart City platform expands nationally and proactively recommending strategic solutions

Final ownership and accountability for program decisions remain with the Sr. Program Manager.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sitetracker
  • 3+ years of experience in program analysis, strategy, analytics, consulting, technical program management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex, data-driven environments and translating analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical skill set, including experience with performance modeling, scenario analysis, and data synthesis
  • Comfort working with technical concepts, contractual documentation, and operational data
  • Proven ability to partner closely with senior leaders in an advisory or strategic capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in smart city infrastructure, technology-enabled platforms, or large-scale urban programs is a plus, but not required
