ABOUT

THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

TKWW is seeking a senior, commercially driven VP, Partnerships & Media to lead and scale our global partnerships, advertising, and media business. Reporting directly to the CMO & President, this role owns the vision, strategy, and performance of the Partnerships & Media group, with responsibility for driving meaningful, sustainable revenue growth across regions. This leader will be responsible for evolving TKWW’s advertising and media capabilities while building strong global partnerships and leading a high-performing, internationally distributed team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the global strategy for TKWW’s Partnerships & Media business, aligned with company-wide growth and monetization priorities.
  • Own P&L responsibility for the function, including revenue targets, investment decisions, and margin optimization.
  • Serve as a key member of TKWW’s senior leadership team and a strategic partner to the President and executive stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team across partnerships, advertising, media sales, and operations.
Advertising & Media
  • Lead the global advertising and media business, including sponsored products, brand partnerships, and data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Set the go-to-market strategy for advertisers across TKWW’s portfolio of brands and international markets.
  • Partner closely with Editorial, Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling advertiser solutions and long-term partner relationships.
  • Establish strong measurement, reporting, and performance frameworks that demonstrate clear ROI to advertisers.
Media Network Development
  • Drive the continued build-out and evolution of TKWW’s retail media network, leveraging first-party data, audience insights, and owned-and-operated media properties.
    Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define scalable ad products, targeting capabilities, and platform infrastructure.
    Identify opportunities to monetize onsite, offsite, and emerging media channels globally.
  • Stay ahead of global trends in retail media, ad tech, privacy, and data governance.
Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify, structure, and scale strategic global partnerships that drive incremental revenue and long-term value for TKWW.
  • Lead negotiations with senior external partners across media, technology, data, and content.
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities within the global advertising and media ecosystem.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance, and Regional Leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and market-relevant across geographies.
  • Influence product and platform roadmaps to support advertising, media, and partnership growth globally.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • 15+ years of experience owning and scaling a revenue-generating business or P&L at a senior level.
    Deep expertise in the global advertising and media ecosystem, including ad products, sales models, and measurement.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including building and managing senior leaders and global teams.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
Preferred
  • Direct experience building, launching, or scaling a media network or first‑party data–driven media business.
  • Experience in global digital marketplaces, commerce platforms, or consumer technology companies.
