As a Global Solutions Associate
, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, program execution, analytics, and web infrastructure diagnostics
. You will partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Team Leads, Sales teams, and technical stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that maximize impact for Google and its customers.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on technical troubleshooting, particularly around web tagging, CDN configurations, and URL infrastructure.

• Support structuring and execution of alpha/beta launches
• Conduct launch readiness research and collaborate with marketing teams
• Contribute to product adoption strategy and sales activation
• Identify macro trends to inform value propositions and prioritization
• Assist with product roadmaps and cross-portfolio planning
• Translate customer and market insights into actionable product recommendations
• Use SQL and analytical approaches to generate data‑driven insights
• Support strategic decision‑making with reporting and trend analysis
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Capture longer‑term strategic opportunities

• Investigate CDN configurations (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CMS environments (Word Press, Drupal, Wix)
• Analyze and validate Google tags (GA4, Google Ads, Floodlight)
• Perform DNS investigations including CNAME chains and IP resolution
• Conduct bug triage and collaborate with developers on internal tool improvements
• Provide operational and technical support for internal diagnostic tools

• 4+ years of experience in:
• Program Management
• Strategy & Operations
• Product Management
• Consulting
• Experience with SQL and data‑driven analysis
• Hands‑on experience with GA4 and Google tagging ecosystem
• Experience troubleshooting CDNs and CMS platforms
• Technical proficiency with DNS records, CNAME chains, and URL infrastructure
