Job DescriptionThe Technical Data Analyst will support the analysis, cleansing, and conversion of legacy data into a new pension administration system. This position requires strong analytical skills, structured documentation expertise, and the ability to support reporting and issue tracking through JIRA and project dashboards.

What You’ll Do- Analyze legacy data structures and document requirements and mappings
- Support cleansing activities by identifying anomalies and inconsistencies
- Prepare agendas, objectives, and materials for stakeholder meetings
- Track and log meeting outcomes, issues, and data anomalies in JIRA
- Assist in bi-weekly reporting and contribute to dashboards and metrics
- Provide reconciliation and validation documentation to support audits
- Collaborate with system integrators, consultants, and business stakeholders
- 10+ years of technical data analysis experience
- Prior experience working with government agencies on data management, analysis, or migration initiatives
- Expertise with Oracle 19c and SQL
- Proven ability to deliver structured reports and documentation
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project tracking tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Microsoft Certified:
Data Analyst Associate - Experience preparing deliverables for independent verification reviews
- Prior experience with payroll and HR integration
