Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master

We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment leader located in New York, New York. As the Operations Coordinator you will blend agile facilitations with structured project management, ensuring smooth delivery of high-impact data solutions while balancing stakeholder priorities, timelines, and team capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to champion agile values, streamline processes, and provide leadership in project planning, execution, and reporting.

• Experience
  : 1+ years in project management, agile delivery, or hybrid roles (preferably within data, engineering, or technology environments).
• Strong experience working with Data analytics, engineering, or software engineering teams strongly preferred
• Methodologies
  :
  Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and traditional project management practices
• Tools
  :
  Hands‑on with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile/project management tools. Familiarity with data engineering workflows (ETL, cloud platforms, Databricks, etc.) is highly desirable.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Coach the data team on agile practices, helping remove impediments and fostering continuous improvement.
• Protect the team from scope creep and context‑switching by managing external requests and prioritization.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are deployed to production with appropriate documentation and user onboarding completed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps; track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple initiatives.
• Provide clear, consistent status reporting to leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational standards throughout project delivery.
