Position Overview

The Sales Performance Coordination Specialist serves as operational support for Hub Sales Force Development. This role ensures the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of all performance-focused training programs, coaching operations, and AI-enabled tools that support Hub's producers and account executives.

SFD is evolving from a traditional training delivery function into Hub's performance engine; one focused on tradecraft, executive presence, deal intuition, and AI-augmented selling skills. This coordinator plays a critical role in that shift by supporting the systems and logistics that allow coaches, program managers, and instructional designers to focus on high-value performance work rather than administrative overhead.

This hybrid role can be based out of any of the following HUB office locations throughout the United States:
  • Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Omaha (NE), Brentwood (TN), Nashville (TNE), Rockville (MD), Ellicot City (NJ), New York (NY), Denver (CO), South Bend (IN), Metairie (LA), Fall River (MA), Grand Rapids (MI), Charlotte (NC), Columbus (OH), Pittsburgh (PA), Boston (MA), Greenville (SC), Houston (TX), Bothell (WA)

Key Responsibilities

Performance Workshop Operations

  • Manage all scheduling, registration, and roster tracking for SFD performance workshops (Executive Presence Selling, Path to Validation, Jump Start, Insurance Week, and related programs).

  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of workshop materials (printed and digital), ensuring all resources are current and aligned with program objectives.

  • Handle meeting setup, calendar invitations, and day‑of logistics for both live and virtual sessions.

  • Administer pre‑ and post‑workshop assessments (not satisfaction surveys; performance‑oriented instruments) and compile responses for the training team.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants with questions about upcoming sessions, expectations, and preparation requirements.

  • Troubleshoot technology issues during live training sessions to minimize disruption to the learning experience.

AI‑Enabled Tool and Vendor Coordination
  • Support the department's AI‑enabled performance tools including Hyperbound simulation configurations, Claude Projects, and other emerging platforms.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships for training technology partners (Auctus

IQ, Hyperbound, and others), including license tracking, issue escalation, renewal timelines, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Assist coaches and program managers in preparing tool environments for workshops and coaching engagements.

  • Stay current on tool updates and new features; flag opportunities where technology can streamline SFD operations or improve producer‑facing experiences.

Learning Management System (LMS) and Data Support
  • Maintain the LMS (Cornerstone or equivalent), including course enrollment, content uploads, and user support.

  • Track course completions and certifications; ensure records are accurate and tied to performance program participation (not just seat time).

  • Coordinate with the LMS vendor on system issues, updates, and enhancements as needed.

  • Maintain organized records of training attendance, participation, and completion across all programs; assist in compiling data that connects participation to…
