Data & BI Architect​/Developer; Power BI & Integration

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & BI Architect/Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade reporting and data integration solutions. This role requires both architectural vision and hands‑on development skills to build scalable, high‑performance BI platforms leveraging Power BI, SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake.

Salary: 160k to 185k + bonus

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end data integration and reporting solutions across Oracle and Snowflake environments.
• Design and build advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support executive and operational decision‑making.
• Develop scalable data models, semantic layers, and optimized SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting mockups and technical designs.
• Create wireframes and reporting prototypes using mockup design tools prior to development.
• Optimize performance across data pipelines, queries, and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and enterprise architecture best practices.

• Advanced experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands‑on experience in Oracle and Snowflake environments.
• Experience designing data models and reporting architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with data integration solutions and data transformation processes.
• Experience creating reporting mockups and collaborating with business stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Ability to operate at both the architecture and hands‑on development levels.

• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience in large‑scale enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with BI governance and data quality frameworks.
