What is MRCL?
MRCL is Publicis Groupe’s long‑term strategic initiative to develop an AI‑powered data and intelligence layer across the Groupe, bringing together all our data and platforms under one single entity. The Groupe Solutions team is responsible for bringing this to life to enhance our agency talent with the highest fidelity data and best applications to power personalization and brand growth.
ResponsibilitiesThe SVP, Solution Design will partner across the broader company to assist in designing platform and service solutions through the management of cross‑functional, consulting‑style projects. The ideal candidate will:
- Understand strategy, media, and technology, and have direct experience with business development, project management, product marketing, agency service frameworks, and organizational design.
- Lead in strategic vision for the development of MRCL solutions on high‑priority clients
- Deliver solution design in presentation and written deliverables to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with a team of solutions and product strategists
- Orchestrate the translation of client needs into business and functional requirements
- Lead on client data strategy assessment and enrichment, translating process and strategy into new AI workflows
Candidates will be successful when they:
- Illustrate the ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and elevate to senior leadership team as necessary
- Have proficiency in communicating clearly and concisely, keeping audience in mind
- Possess exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to craft concise briefs for senior executives and clients
- Can synthesize numerous data sets and create meaningful value
- Have excellent analytical, logic, and math skills
- Can navigate ambiguity, instilling process and thoughtful ‘end‑user’ documentation
- Demonstrate advanced ability with platforms
Candidates stand out when they:
- Have experience working with cloud environments and marketing technology solution design projects
- Are a creative problem solver, possessing a high level of intuition
- Have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, resourceful team player
- Are an excellent creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Have experience working with co‑located and virtual teams
- Possess impeccable time management skills
- Have excellent judgment while working on high‑priority, confidential initiatives
- Understand principles of change management and approaches to changing behavior
The successful candidate should have:
- 12+ years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad‑ and mar‑tech firms, consultancies, or client‑side marketing organizations
