Job Description

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of technology solutions for clients in the business services industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during the implementation phase.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
• Ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Document project processes and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
