L1 Data Center Cabler Puller; Nevada

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a L1 Data Center Cabler Puller who will assist in the installation of data, or fiber‑optic cables in data centers.

• Pull cables through conduits, walls, ceilings, and floors in Data Centers
• Assist with routing and securing cables using appropriate tools
• Use fish tape, rods, or winches to guide cables through tight spaces
• Support senior technicians with cable terminations and labeling
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Familiarity with data center environments, layouts, and physical infrastructure
• Understanding of structured cabling standards (entry‑level)
• Ability to work around racks, cabinets, raised floors, and overhead cable trays

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
