We are now seeking an exceptional Client Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of complex SaaS products to our key clients.
Reporting directly to the Director of Client Implementation, you will lead the scoping and advisory phase, acting as a trusted expert to shape requirements, define clear deliverables and build realistic, structured implementation timelines. You will own end‑to‑end accountability for the delivery success of each product, ensuring it is strategically scoped, executed within agreed parameters and fully aligned with client business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale client projects, ensuring delivery is in scope, on‑time and aligned to client objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact internally and with the client throughout the complete project.
- Ensure scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered successfully.
Planning and Execution
- Develop structured implementation plans with realistic timelines and resource coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Track milestones and progress to maintain delivery momentum.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, aligning project execution with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to prevent delays or failures.
- Drive resolution of issues with urgency and transparency, escalating when necessary.
This is a remote. #LI-Remote
Your Experience and Qualifications- 3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or deliveries.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience working within iGaming, sports betting, casino is advantageous, particularly with a strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver structured deliveries on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Click Up.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
