About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

The role:

As a Data Analyst for GTM & Customer Success (CS) you will be the data backbone of our go-to-market, customer success, and legal engineering teams. Your work will help these teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver measurable value to our customers.

This is primarily an insights-driven role. You will turn complex usage and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations, helping our teams drive adoption within customer organisations, identify expansion opportunities, flag churn risk early, and demonstrate the value Legora delivers to the lawyers who use it every day. You will sit within the Data & Analytics team but be deeply embedded in our revenue organisation, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the people closest to customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive adoption and retention: analyse usage patterns across customer accounts to identify where adoption is strong, where it's stalling, and what actions move the needle. Give CS and GTM teams the intelligence they need to intervene at the right moment.
  • Deliver insights to customers: build customer-facing usage reports and dashboards that help law firms understand the value they're getting from Legora, and support CSMs with ad hoc analyses for strategic customer conversations.
  • Enable self-service analytics: build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems so that GTM, CS, and legal engineering can answer their own questions without waiting for a data request.
  • Support commercial decisions: analyse pipeline, expansion, and churn data to help the revenue organisation understand what's working and where to focus.
  • Partner on experiments and initiatives: work with CS and GTM leads to define success metrics, measuring the impact of onboarding programmes, campaigns, and product rollouts.
  • Build reliable data foundations: design and maintain the data models and pipelines that underpin your work, keeping infrastructure lean but scalable.

Who you are

  • Solid experience in a commercial analytics, customer analytics, or data analyst role, ideally in a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to take an ambiguous business question and turn it into a crisp, actionable answer.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with modern BI tools; familiarity with Python, dbt, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with product usage data, CRM data, and customer health metrics, and knowing how to connect them into a coherent picture.
  • A natural communicator who can present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including customers.
  • Collaborative by default, you enjoy being embedded in commercial teams and understand that your value comes from the decisions your work influences, not just the analyses you produce.
  • Someone who enjoys…
