Inviting applications for the role of Partner, Financial Services, Applied Advisory, North America

In this position, you will drive revenue, profitability, and delivery for a significant or complex advisory portfolio within a specific unit or domain segment. You will own client relationships and act as a senior advisor to clients in your segment. You may also lead other partners or delivery partners to achieve overall portfolio revenue goals. Your responsibilities include strategizing across the segment to grow, expand offerings, and adapt to industry trends.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and technology, you will shape outcomes and guide large advisory programs.

Lead and grow a high‑value advisory portfolio, overseeing strategic client relationships, commercial outcomes, and market expansion across the Americas.

• Enterprise‑Level Revenue Ownership: Guide the growth of an advisory portfolio valued between $7M and $50M
  , driving market impact and long‑term value creation.
• Strategic Portfolio Direction: Shape multi‑year strategy, elevate offerings, and identify opportunities aligned with evolving industry trends and client needs.
• Executive Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to C‑suite and senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions and deepening enterprise relationships.
• Market & Business Expansion: Lead high‑stakes pursuits, open new growth pathways, and amplify the organization’s presence across key markets.
• Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation: Represent the firm in high‑visibility forums, develop original perspectives, and help define the organization's point of view.
• Practice & Capability Building: Strengthen the advisory practice, mentor senior talent, and advance organizational capabilities.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary, global teams to deliver unified, high‑quality client outcomes.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure flawless execution of complex advisory engagements, delivering measurable business impact.

• Relevant years of experience in advisory, consulting, transformation, or industry leadership positions
• Demonstrated track record in originating and successfully delivering multimillion‑dollar engagements
• Extensive industry or domain expertise combined with a strong commercial orientation
• Recognized as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary regional teams, working across various geographies

• Thought leader in multiple segments within chosen industry
• Expert in at least one relevant domain and proficient in multiple, relevant domains
• Seen as a thought leader with regards to advanced technology, data and AI within chosen industry
