Job Description: The Senior Associate, Client Success reports to the Integrated Strategy Manager, supporting the broader Integrated Strategy team.
Responsibilities- Aids in research on business, industry, consumer, cultural and competitive trends through initial data collection and assists senior team members in synthesizing market and marketing intelligence data into insightful trends and implications.
- Works with the Integrated Strategy Manager to publish ongoing trend reports to the team and the broader organization.
- Assists with research on industry competitors and compiles SWOT analysis of competitive capabilities and strategic consulting offerings; monitors, tracks and updates competitive analysis and profiles on an ongoing basis.
- Contributes to the development of thought‑leadership through sourcing content, conducting research, and performing data collection and analysis.
- Supports Integrated Strategy members in the development and execution of integrated strategy and ideation workshops.
- Provides program and project management support to team members for integrated strategy and consultative initiatives.
- 1+ year experience in a related field.
The annual salary range for this position is $60,100–$75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Work Location and FlexibilityEmployees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices—currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City—are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.
Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
