Location: New York
Job Purpose
We are seeking an IAM/PAM Analyst to optimize and automate the User Life Cycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), support application rollouts, and ensure secure and efficient access management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to automate user lifecycle processes and evaluate new IAM/PAM tools.
- Drive implementation of technologies that add value to the organization.
- Support onboarding and rollout of new applications in partnership with BA, Dev, and Prod Support teams.
- Collaborate with tech leads for integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM/PAM-related incidents and support tickets.
- Provide operational support for change and incident management processes.
- Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint.
- Support audits by providing documentation, logs, or reporting as required.
- Handle user provisioning requests via Service Now and SailPoint.
- Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM/PAM processes with organizational needs.
- Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools, preferably SailPoint.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Experience with incident and change management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM/PAM.
- Strong collaboration skills across IT, HR, and business teams.
- Experience in evaluating and implementing automation tools for IAM/PAM.
- Familiarity with Service Now for user provisioning.
- Exposure to audit support and compliance documentation.
- Experience or knowledge in banking environments is a plus.
