- The OneSFA suite aims to provide Salesforce Automation Solutions for all countries in the Americas, bringing faster time to market to respond quickly to business needs on top of bringing key customer information to the hands of our Sales Representatives across the Americas.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the OneSFA Salesforce team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies for the OneSFA Suite of applications.
- Work actively with Salesforce System Integrators and other third parties on development and documentation of OneSFA Salesforce design for suite of applications.
- Take a lead in analyzing and recommending Salesforce services required to support OneSFA Suite of applications.
- Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications.
- Collaborate in a Zone Level to streamline OneSFA solutions across L’Oréal Americas Zone.
- Ensure that Governance aspects for current and future OneSFA solutions in Salesforce are followed, as well the architectural guidelines, working collaboratively with the team.
- Monitor the test phases of the developments in compliance with the defined scenarios.
- Investigate system failures and identify solutions to prevent or minimize impacts.
Act as a coordinator of the external development teams, together with the vendor leadership teams. - Work with Vendors to ensure the corrective, evolutionary and technical maintenance of the OneSFA applications under our responsibility.
- Provide technical guidance and oversite to the team. The team acts as a L3 support, when needed, supporting the AMS team.
- Perform, when necessary, ongoing system administration duties such as providing access, permissions, settings, etc.
- Ensure the OneSFA team remains up to date on best practices in the respective technologies field, including tools, resources, techniques, and applications—and any required training for the same.
- Work with little direction and determines objectives.
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-functional and internal team projects.
- Work with key users to test and propose/implement configuration changes within the application.
- Provide technical guidance acting as a L3 support, when needed, supporting the AMS team.
- Follow best practices and tools for Dev Ops for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment.
- Responsible for change management for all OneSFA Salesforce code migrations and working collaboratively with other Salesforce concurrent code migrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a consultant or as part of big projects of implementation of Salesforce Solutions for at medium-large players with multi-functional teams
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Salesforce Technologies, desirable in multiple clouds (Experience, Sales, B2B Commerce and Service)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce developer and/or Salesforce admin.
