RoleSummary:
This role blends strategy, consulting, and implementation, requiring the ability to:
- Lead implementation of AI governance platforms
- Advise clients on AI governance strategy and operating models
- Translate regulatory and Responsible AI principles into practical, deployable controls
- Support clients through AI governance maturity journeys
- Proven experience delivering AI governance and Responsible AI initiatives
- Proven delivery of at least one end‑to‑end AI governance implementation, with hands‑on experience deploying at least one AI governance platform, is a MUST
(E.g., tools such as AI governance and model governance platforms, such as: IBM watsonx.governance, Credo.ai, Monitaur, Fiddler, or any other leading AI governance platform)
Strong expertise in Responsible AI implementation, including:- Ethical AI frameworks
- Bias and fairness assessment
- Explainability and transparency controls
- AI risk classification and mitigation
- AI model and use case inventories
- Risk and compliance workflows
- Model monitoring and documentation
- Practical understanding of AI model and use‑case lifecycle governance, from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
- Solid working knowledge of the EU AI Act, including:
- High‑risk AI system classification
- Risk management and documentation requirements
- Governance, accountability, and oversight expectations
- Familiarity with global AI standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.
- Ability to work directly with client stakeholders across business, legal, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Willingly operate in multiple roles as required — consultant, solution architect, program lead, and hands‑on implementer.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 99,712 to 168,716

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
