Hiring for an experienced Senior Helpdesk Technician to manage enterprise endpoint support, focusing on device management, ticketing, and M365 environments. This role demands deep expertise in specified tools and OS troubleshooting for a hybrid Windows/Mac fleet.

• Lead Tier 2/3 support via Service Now, resolving complex incidents for 500+ endpoints.
• Deploy and manage policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and JAMF Pro.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including licensing, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) across Windows and Mac systems.
• Automate routine tasks with Power Shell or Bash scripting (preferred).

• Must-Have
  
  Skills:
  
  Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF Pro, Service Now, Microsoft 365
• Core Tech: Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);
  Strong Windows or Mac expertise (both ideal)
• Security tools: Crowd Strike, Sentinel One
• Scripting: Power Shell or Bash
• Certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent

• 5+ years in helpdesk/endpoint engineering, with proven Intune/JAMF deployments.
• Ability to handle high-volume tickets while mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication for end-user support and stakeholder updates.
