Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and manage product requirements and technical integration conversations with clients for Publicis Groupe's unified AI platform, MRCL, that transforms how agencies build, deploy, and manage AI capabilities across the organization.

This person will be an experienced product manager with hands-on experience with Advertising and Marketing Technology, a passion for building data-driven products at scale and a track record of success in product management.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for MRCL platform on our major global clients aligned with theirs and Publicis Groupe’s mission, values, and business objectives
  • Support the technical product vision for MRCL capabilities and utilization on Clients, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation
  • Define and execute the roadmap, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, managing client expectations effectively (as needed).
Innovation and Research
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to media strategy, audience strategy, business planning, media planning, media activation, measurement and provide strategic recommendations to the product and agency executive teams
  • Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients
  • Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements
  • Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execute the product vision
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Agency Leadership, and Client Technical Teams (if needed) to uncover pain points, solutions, and potential innovation opportunities
  • Build out business and technical requirements to feedback to the Product Owners
  • Work closely with Production, ReSources, Commerce, Social/Influencer, and other Development Teams within Publicis Groupe to provide unique solutions
  • Collaborate with regional and local development teams to provide novel solutions (if needed), determine scalability of local innovation, and govern against needless development to drive synergy and cost efficiency
Thought Leadership
  • Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and best practices.
  • Be a recognized contributor/vocal in forums in your technical domain. Contribute to the company’s growth by developing case studies, white papers, and industry presentations highlighting success stories and innovative analytic approaches.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product management in areas related to the end-to-end marketing planning, activation, and measurement process
  • Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.
