IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the timeline, scope, and budget delivery for a global brand integration project within the Professional Products Division. This role requires strong coordination across Global and US teams—spanning operations, supply chain, finance, IT, data, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, retail systems, and eCommerce.

  9 months (possible extension)
• Experience:
  
  5–7 years
• Pay Range: $45-$50/hr on W2 (NO C2C)

• Manage full project plan: timeline, scope, risks, dependencies, and budget
• Create & manage timelines in Service Now (must be highly proficient)
• Coordinate cross functional global work streams and governance checkpoints
• Document all phases of project delivery with strong attention to detail
• Support presentations & reporting for senior leadership
• Ensure alignment across Global, Zone, and Local teams

• 5–7 years of IT project management experience
• Expertise in Service
  
  NOW (timeline mgmt., demand/ticket creation)
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities
• Strong problem solving and risk identification skills
• Experience working across highly technical and business driven teams
• Prior systems implementation or brand integration project experience a plus
