Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the Salesforce Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the organization’s Salesforce platform. This position supports the company’s strategic goal of effectively tracking, managing, and measuring interactions with its membership.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with staff across departments to ensure system reliability, drive continuous improvements, and provide ongoing support so that Salesforce remains a dependable and valuable tool for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal functionality
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and data quality; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Implement system updates, enhancements, and process improvements as business needs evolve
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and effectiveness
  • Maintain data integrity, governance, and security within the Salesforce environment
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support organizational insights and decision-making
  • Ensure best practices are followed in system administration, customization, and change management
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting membership‑based or customer‑focused organizations is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, and security model
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Compensation
  • $80,000 - $90,000 per year
