We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Program Manager / Project Manager with strong exposure to data platforms and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of databases, data modeling, big data technologies, and public cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).

This role requires strong technical articulation skills, the ability to partner with engineering and product teams, and experience driving medium-to-high complexity programs in Agile environments.

• Drive execution of critical programs and work goals across medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to strategize, track, and facilitate delivery roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate Agile implementation roadmaps and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Support and coach Scrum teams; drive consistency across Agile ceremonies.
• Orchestrate scope management, delivery management, risk management, and change management activities.
• Facilitate OKR development, goal alignment, and executive progress reporting.
• Identify risks and issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support transition from project-based to product-based delivery models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Establish governance models and structured engagement frameworks.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and data-driven product environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven experience managing medium-to-high complexity programs.
