A company is looking for a Member of Staff, Systems Reliability Engineering (International Remote Hire).
Key Responsibilities Provide support for exchange platforms, including on-call incident response and triaging issues Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages while collaborating with cross-functional teams Document actions and improve operational processes, enhancing monitoring and running essential nightly processes
Required Qualifications Good understanding of Linux and proficiency in Linux administration and scripting skills Proficiency in Bash scripting; knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operations support role with incident response experience Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking/ticketing systems
