The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is dedicated to delivering reliable and

timely IT solutions for the Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending,

and Credit businesses. This team is actively involved in all phases of application

development, including user needs gathering, analysis, design, implementation,

delivery, support, and maintenance, all within an agile framework.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial

role in enhancing our algorithmic trading and real-time application capabilities.

Our technology stack encompasses Fidessa, Horizon Trading Solutions, and Dash

Financials, Bloomberg EMSX, ION, as well as various in-house solutions. The

Business Analyst will collaborate closely with our international colleagues to

ensure alignment and effectiveness in our global initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for algorithmic trading systems and real-time applications.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the context of Global Securities Financing and Equities.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and use cases to

• Conduct data analysis to support trading strategies and decision-making processes.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting with training as needed.

• 5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services, focusing on algorithmic trading and real-time applications.
• Strong understanding of Global Securities Financing and Equities markets.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, FIX messages).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Work experience with the trading solutions mentioned previously.
