Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
  • Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for user and computer configuration and security enforcement.
  • Perform regular system patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation for Windows servers and workstations.
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning, analyze scan results, and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Implement security hardening guidelines (e.g., CIS Benchmarks) and best practices across Windows environments.
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate alerts, and support audit activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Windows server configurations, security policies, and vulnerability management procedures.
  • Experience in managing cloud (AWS/Azure) environment
  • Exchange and O365 management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Windows Server administration and security.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security configurations.
  • Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable.io).
  • Knowledge of patch management methodologies and tools (e.g., SCCM, WSUS).
  • Understanding of common attack vectors and security best practices for Windows environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CompTIA Security+, or GSEC are highly valued.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80000 to $100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
