Salesforce Product Manager

Our best client in the Non-Profit Sector is looking for a IT Product Development Specialist.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in IT product development, software development, or technical project management
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product management principles
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and version control tools like Git
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
• Nice to Have
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), AWS, or Azure
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
• Certifications in Salesforce, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft technologies
• Preferred
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline complemented by relevant hands‑on experience
• Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and supporting product life cycles
• Other Requirements:
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and priorities
