Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

This position is full-time in person at Embrava's Hudson Yards office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided‑upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Identify, document, and manage project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including sequencing and dependencies.
• Break down complex projects into clear, achievable milestones.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development sub‑teams.
• Document and prioritize user feature requests.
• Participate in monthly prioritization meetings to review progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, escalating when necessary.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technology teams and other departments.

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in software development or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience facilitating sprint planning sessions.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they become roadblocks.
