A company is looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Specialist to provide expert technical support and training to distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support and guidance for complex customer issues, focusing on API integrations and platform functionality Design and deliver engaging training sessions for distribution partners on platform features and troubleshooting Collaborate with teams to improve training programs and address complex integration issues
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment Extensive experience with API troubleshooting and data validation Familiarity with AWS infrastructure for troubleshooting system-level issues
Experience with at least one coding language for basic scripting or data manipulation Experience delivering presentations or training sessions, preferably in a technical context
