We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. This Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager role blends Agile leadership, technical project management, and Dev Ops collaboration to ensure high-quality software delivery while aligning engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex Agile technology initiatives from planning through execution.
- Facilitate PI Planning events across distributed analytics and platform teams, aligning objectives, dependencies, and capacity planning.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and product goals.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define PI Objectives, and sequence product roadmaps.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories, including defining Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Develop business rules, process mapping, and data flows in collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate project schedules and delivery milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Oversee Agile delivery processes, Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments to support efficient software releases.
- Monitor progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implement mitigation strategies.
- Define release scope and schedules to ensure consistent and timely value delivery.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), SDLC, and Dev Ops best practices.
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects and Agile delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and production environment management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced Agile environments.
