A fast-growing international fashion brand is seeking an Ecommerce Manager (US) to lead commercial performance and US-market execution of its Shopify platform.
This role owns US Ecommerce performance and acts as the primary stakeholder in defining priorities, platform requirements, and optimization initiatives to support rapid product launches, frequent merchandising updates, and strong customer experience in a high-growth market.

Key ResponsibilitiesUS Ecommerce Performance & Commercial Ownership
- Own US ecommerce results including revenue growth, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall customer experience
- Define US commercial priorities and ensure alignment with platform initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve on-site performance through CRO, UX optimization, and merchandising strategies
- Act as primary US stakeholder for Shopify-related initiatives
- Define requirements, priorities, and measurable success metrics for enhancements
- Partner with global ecommerce and tech teams on feature rollouts, testing, and performance impact
- Lead US online merchandising strategy including homepage, collections, PDPs, pricing, and promotional execution
- Coordinate product launches, drops, and key commercial moments
- Ensure US market needs are reflected in ecommerce strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, and SEO teams to align traffic acquisition with conversion goals
- Provide commercial performance insights to maximize ROI
- Align ecommerce initiatives with retail, brand, and community efforts to support omnichannel growth
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance via Shopify, GA4, and internal dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Present regular performance updates to US and global stakeholders
5–7+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in fast fashion or high-volume DTC retail
Strong Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
Proven ownership of ecommerce performance within a global or centralized structure
Advanced analytical skills; hands-on experience with GA4
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Comfortable operating with influence in a global organization
Basic HTML, CSS, or Liquid knowledge is a plus
