Program Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a global commerce platform leader, is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Engineering Leads to understand engineering needs, translate those needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate with all impacted teams and external partners to ensure the successful launch of capabilities impacting the global commerce platform.

This role focuses on availability, scaling, performance, reliability, and observability, with a goal of achieving 99.999% operational excellence key performance requirements (OpEx KPR). The position involves leading tech-driven initiatives, hardening services, building architecture, ensuring scaling, and creating forward-looking roadmaps. You will work closely with highly technical teams, including Engineering Excellence (EE), Platform Architecture Group (PAG), GCI Orchestration, and GCI Performance.
