Salesforce Scrum master

Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite a week @ Englewood, CO - Irvine, CA – New York, NY – Charlotte, NC – Portland, OR (Any of the location is fine.)

Must have: Strong Scrum & Agile experience, Salesforce Administration Agile tooling (Jira or Azure Dev Ops or Confluence), Release and change management support. Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I) & Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for Salesforce delivery teams, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clean, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria and strong Definitions of Ready/Done.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, sprint predictability); use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and coordinate across multiple teams and functions (business, Salesforce Admin/Dev, QA, security, data/integrations, and change management).
• Ensure user stories include acceptance criteria, test approach, and early identification of dependencies—such as integration touchpoints, data needs, and access/security reviews.
• Support operational excellence by triaging production issues, coordinating incident response, managing prioritization of defects vs. features, and improving support workflows.
• Support release execution, including UAT readiness, environment planning, deployment/change coordination, release notes, and post release validation.
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on software or product teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting Salesforce delivery
  , partnering with Salesforce Admins/Developers and understanding Salesforce release/deployment processes.
• Strong facilitation skills—able to lead meetings that result in decisions, accountability, and momentum.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey status, risks, and next steps clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira

  , and using dashboards for stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce administration experience (objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, record types, permission sets, queues, sharing model, reports/dashboards).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator
