We are seeking a TV Production Support Analyst to join our team supporting a global media and entertainment client in New York City, providing onsite technical support for live television production environments such as Saturday Night Live. This role is critical in delivering hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting in fast‑paced, high‑pressure production settings.

- Deliver hands‑on technical support for end‑user devices including PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets, and peripherals.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and on‑the‑spot training to production staff.
- Partner with network teams to triage and resolve connectivity issues.
- Act as the onsite technology liaison, coordinating with enterprise support teams and external vendors.
- Manage installation and configuration of workplace devices and software updates.
- Support video conferencing systems and act as local smart hands for remote operations teams.
- Escalate complex issues promptly and maintain communication between stakeholders until resolution.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve production‑related incidents.
- Ensure timely routing of requests to specialized teams such as AV, network services, and studio operations.
Required:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac systems.
- 2+ years of network troubleshooting.
- Experience providing AV support for on‑set production environments.
- 2+ years of IT support experience in Apple and Windows environments.
- 2+ years of network configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting production, news, or entertainment environments.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Amazon Chime, Google Meet, Blue Jeans).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and related applications.
- Familiarity with DS players (Appspace, Scala) and DSP programming (Biamp, QSC).
- Experience with video conferencing platforms and AV technologies (MS Front Row, Cisco Telepresence).
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with production schedules, including weekends.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
- Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Customer‑focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

- Certifications such as CTS, Crestron Core Track, Dante Level 1, or Digital Media Certificates.

The base pay range for this position is $32 - $35 per hour
, depending on experience.
