We are seeking an AI Architect to design and govern the strategic AI roadmap for complex software platforms. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning systems, data infrastructure, and practical deployment  will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into robust AI capabilities while upholding governance, ethics, and compliance standards.

• The AI Architect role will include architecting and delivering enterprise-level AI solutions, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and leading technical delivery.
• The role will interface with engineering and product teams to ensure the architecture meets customer needs.
• They will be responsible for architecting the intelligence layer for each customer, integrating data from client verticals such as the beauty space.
• The role involves taking demos and architecting the full scope of the platform and intelligence layer for production use.
• The architect will design AI systems that ship to production and own end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients.
• They will lead technical delivery and contribute to the platform and product development.
• Responsibilities include extracting reusable components from client work and identifying architectural patterns.
• The architect must collaborate with internal teams and stay current on AI developments and best practices.

• The candidate must have 7+ years of experience building software in production environments.
• At least 3+ years of experience architecting AI/ML systems that have gone into production, not just prototypes.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams through complex implementations.
• Hands‐on experience is required with AI technology stacks such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, and Crew AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and enterprise delivery experience are essential.
• Preferred but not essential is a background including startup experience for resilience and scrappiness, along with enterprise experience to work with large clients.
