Product Support Analyst - Maintenance Monitoring Center - Lower Manhattan, NY

• Provide outstanding verbal and written communication to relay technical requirements among team members
• Perform real-time data analytics to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor communication channels to address reported hardware, software, and networking issues
• Log and track calls while maintaining detailed problem documentation
• Provide remote support for Lane Technicians to ensure seamless system operations

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Experience with one Help Desk System or equivalent help desk tracking software
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Software, specifically Excel, Word, and Teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail in both communications and monitoring requirements for production systems

• Post High School education in a technical or analytical field
