Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Open Source & AI Solutions to drive revenue growth through acquisition of Open Source and AI-based IT projects. The candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, target-based revenue generation, and the ability to position technology solutions across web, mobile, automation, and AI domains.
Technology Exposure (Must Understand & Sell)Mobile Technologies: Android (Native), iOS (Native), Flutter, React Native
Other Capabilities: Python-based solutions, data scraping, automation tools, and AI-driven applications

Note:
The team can quickly adapt (within 5–10 days of learning) to platforms such as Drupal, Shopify, or other open source technologies as per project requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services Business Development / Software Sales
- Proven track record in achieving target revenue through Open Source and AI projects
- Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycle
- Experience selling web, mobile, SaaS, automation, and AI-based solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Experience in lead generation through platforms like Linked In, Upwork, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
- Experience in AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation sales
- Strong network in IT outsourcing or product development ecosystem
- Revenue targets achieved (monthly/quarterly)
- Number of new projects closed
- Client retention and repeat business
