Solution Architect - CRE SaaS Platform
About the Role
We are looking for a  Solution Architect  to join our  Delivery team  and lead the design and implementation of customized solutions for our enterprise customers. This role ensures that complex customer requirements are translated into scalable, well-structured configurations, integrations, and data flows within our asset management platform.
The Solution Architect is an integral part of the  Delivery organization , working closely with  Sales, Product, Data, and Engineering  to drive solution quality and successful customer outcomes from initiation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the  technical design authority within the Delivery team , leading solution definition for enterprise implementations.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success during discovery and scoping to define tailored solutions for medium and large CRE enterprises.

Translate business and data requirements into detailed solution designs, technical specifications, and workflows across financial, operational, and leasing domains.

Collaborate with Product, Data, and Integration teams to design scalable extensions, integrations, and data models.

Apply strong  data engineering principles  to ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation across systems.

Support implementation consultants and engineers during configuration, validation, and deployment.

Maintain architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Requirements
Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is a must.

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise SaaS delivery, or implementation consulting.

Strong understanding of data-driven SaaS platforms and workflows in financial, operational, and leasing domains.

Solid grasp of data engineering concepts , including ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and API-based integrations.

Experience with CRE systems such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

Ability to balance customer customization needs with product scalability and delivery efficiency.

-  USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
